Shan Stoffolano is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a wide array of clinical experience prior to joining Patriot Pediatrics in 2021.  She has cared for children in primary care, school-based health, and residential care for children with profound developmental and intellectual disability.   She possesses additional nursing leadership experience in teaching, school health and Covid-19 response.

Shan’s education includes dual degrees from Boston College.  She also earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Northeastern University after completing her B.S. in Chemistry from Boston College.  She spent several years training youth and young adult athletes at all levels of competition before returning to Boston College to pursue a career in advance practice nursing.   She graduated with honors from the Connell School of Nursing where she earned a Master’s degree in Pediatric Ambulatory Care.  Shan always enjoys all aspects of pediatric care and especially strives to support each child and family within the context of their unique healthcare experience.

Fun Facts:

Shan is married and the proud parent of 2 adult sons.

She graduated from Bedford, HS and was a competitive figure skater.

You will find her spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, and traveling.

She hopes to learn to row crew and play piano.
